A tenant is prepared with an admin domain, portal design, ticket settings, optional SMS gateway and the required RADIUS devices.
Operations flow
From guest login to auditable operations.
Guest Connector now covers the complete guest-access workflow: branded portal, ticket and SMS login, tenant administration, RADIUS/NAD rollout, session visibility, log exports and change history.
The operator creates tickets or enables self-registration. Portal, ticket and email designers keep the guest-facing experience aligned with the tenant brand.
NAD configuration is generated for FortiGate, Cisco, Ubiquiti or Aruba. RADIUS apply runs through dry-run, diff review, masked secrets and an auditable reload result.
Guests are redirected to the portal, authenticate with voucher or SMS, and the controller grants access through the configured web or RADIUS flow.
Operations teams monitor online users, RADIUS logs, SMS logs, Wi-Fi activity, system logging and change history, with CSV exports for filtered investigations.
Portal and ticketing
Captive portal, ticket batches, print/PDF views, email delivery and tenant-specific designers are managed from the admin surface.
RADIUS and NAD rollout
RADIUS devices, NAS identifiers, Message-Authenticator settings, Cisco CWA profiles and vendor config generators are kept together with dry-run/diff before apply.
Operations visibility
Dashboards, online sessions, raw RADIUS packets, SMS delivery logs, system events and change history provide a traceable operations view across tenants.
Tenant boundaries
Tenant admins stay scoped to their own data while global admins can switch context, filter tenants and export the same filtered views centrally.
